How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time. Contact us from the email address you used to order, or include that address in your message, and ask us to cancel the subscription.

Cancellation applies going forward: it stops future renewals but does not by itself cancel an order that has already been generated and paid for. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please contact us before your renewal date.

Not using the product, being away from your delivery address or forgetting a renewal date does not cancel a subscription on its own – it needs to be cancelled with us.
