Contact us and tell us whether you would like to skip the next delivery or pause your subscription for a period. Please write from the email address you used to order, or include it in your message.

Get in touch before your next renewal date. Once a renewal order has been generated and paid for, it has to be handled as a normal order rather than as a skipped one.
